Members complete their 2 day MHFA training April 2026

Thanks to the generous support of The Tudwick Foundation, a group of 10 of our members have now completed Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training.

This means we now have trained Mental Health First Aiders embedded within Sober Essex — strengthening the support we offer across our community and helping people access the right support earlier.

We’re incredibly grateful for this funding, which is helping us build a safer, more informed, and more connected community.
