This website is owned and operated by Sober Essex. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information and support within the growing community of sober and sober curious people in Essex, UK.

By accessing or using the website or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not permitted to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Coaching Services

Any agreement entered into with our coaches is strictly between you and the coach. Coaches will provide you with their own contracts, and fees are arranged and settled between you and them. Sober Essex does not receive any fees from our coaches.

Intellectual Property

The service and all materials contained in or transferred by it—including, but not limited to, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all related Intellectual Property Rights—are the exclusive property of Sober Essex.

Except as explicitly provided in these Terms, nothing shall be construed as granting any license under such rights. You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display or perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from any part of the service or its content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sober Essex harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including legal fees) made by any third party arising out of, or in connection with, your use of the website or any of the services offered.

Limitation of Liability

All disputes shall be brought exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Essex. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
